Prioritizing sleep is investing in your overall well-being and unlocking your full potential.
Complete a few questions to determine if your sleeping difficulties are related to insomnia. After answering the questions, you will get the results right away and also have the option to download the SaskSleep Infographic about sleep hygiene.
CBT-i Group Therapy offers a supportive and structured environment to address the underlying causes of sleep difficulties. In a small group, individuals with insomnia learn cognitive restructuring and behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts about sleep. The therapy equips participants with practical tools and strategies to develop healthy sleep habits, create a conducive sleep environment, establish a consistent bedtime routine, and manage stress and anxiety. Beyond treating insomnia, the group setting allows for connection with others who understand the experience, providing a supportive network to share experiences and offer advice. CBT-i Group Therapy is a step towards better sleep and improved well-being, offering relief from chronic insomnia and promoting a healthier, happier life.
